Hi, Everyone! I have a pregnancy question?

Okay, My question is, i've been having a stinging sensation on both my right and left side of my stomach. Its kinda a bit above my belly button. It comes and goes, I've also missed my period for this month. Me and my fiance' have a two year old daughter, but i cant remember that far back if i had this pain with her or not. I have no signs of starting my period. I just wanted to know if this might be a pregnancy sign? Thanks everyone!
