I quit my job last week due to stress and anxiety, now what?

File for unemployment to get some help and start applying for new jobs online at job sites like monster.com and careerbuilder, etc. Update your resume, beef it up with the new skills you have learned at your most recent job. Apply to like 5-10 jobs a day and keep persistent. Consider applying to jobs that may be less than your experience level, like retail, etc., so you can get some money flow. Once you get some money flowing, keep looking for a job at your skill level in your spare time. Good luck.
