Not working out for an entire week? Help? ( 10 pts! )?
i went on vacation last week, and i was all like "i'm going to excersize and eat healthy! i can do it!" well that plan DID NOT work. i was with my best friend who i think is anorexic and i just couldn't handle going to all the restaurants and Disney World and stuff to make good choices. however many calories you are eating now, just increase them by 200-400 calories, so you will have many more options while on vacation, and not feel bad about eating poorly. you shouldn't gain more than 5 pounds at the most, because of all the walking and sight seeing you'll be doing. try your best to get as much excersize as you can without ruining your trip. maybe wake up earlier than everyone else and get some jump n jacks, sit ups, crunches, running in place, and other quick and easy exercises. but remember, you're on vacation, and don't deprive yourself of all the great food in Quebec, but eat in moderation, and if you want to indulge in something yummy, do it! but be sure to burn off those extra calories by getting some excersize before bed. maybe you could take one of those 10 minute solution excersize tapes from Walmart. they're AMAZING~ have a great vacation and enjoy yourself!
