What are some communication issues when traveling to England?

I am working on a project and it asks me to name a few communication challenges (and strategies to solve these challenges) that people for the US would face when traveling to England. I am having trouble finding this on the internet, and have never traveled to England so I am unfamiliar with this. And thank you in advance!
