I feel like I'm becoming messed up?

Coming from someone who has basically been through all of the things you've mentioned above and more; I can tell you that you can't REALLY trust anyone. Truth be told, you can only trust yourself. But you can choose to love people, like your mom and even your friends even when they aren't being trustworthy. I imagine that someday you'll meet a really good friend, or even a boyfriend who will be someone you can trust enough to make you feel safe with sharing your secrets, etc. But remember that you are young, and most people at a young age are still discovering who they are, and what they're moral values are, and where they fit in. The worse thing in the world is to be a girl in highschool, and most people are just looking for a place to fit in. If your friends are being b*tchy toward you, it's most likely because they're trying to fit in. Also, moms and daughters ALWAYS fight. Till this day, and im in my late twenties, me and my mom can barely have simple coversations without bickering. Maybe find someone else you can talk to - like a cousin, or another family member. Personally, I have found that extended family are the best people to confide in. My cousin has been my best friend for years. Good luck! Also, research shows that keeping a journal is one of the best ways to relieve stress and to keep yourself from becoming overwhelmed.
