Anal bleeding? for about 3 and a half months?

For a few months I have dealt with drops of blodd on the toilet tissue whenever I wipe. Sometimes there is more than other times. It often stings when I urinate. There is not much blood but it still stings. When I have a bowel movement it gets worse. I'm not sure what it is that is going on...any ideas?
