Bulletproof vest movie quote?

what movie/ tv show has two people. one is i think an fbi agent. the other is not. they are sitting in a car in front of a bank talking about bulletproof vests. people start shooting. the non-fbi person in the passanger seat holds the fbi driver in front of him to stop the bullet. the fbi agent asks "how did you know i was wearing a bulletproof vest?" the non-fbi says "i didn't". i think they're both guys. if i remember correctly, they set up a kind of sting to catch bank robbers. and i think there was another car across the street facing the bank with another fbi driver and non-fbi passenger. i think this passenger may be a girl. it's not macgruber. do not tell me it is from this movie! there is a similar quote from that but it's different. someone please help me. i think it might be something like ncis or burn notice or something along those lines.
