Evolution deniers, why do you think the need for govn't arose, what does your holy book have to say about this?

As a liberal who believe fulling in evolution, I have asked this question many time, aloud and to myself. The best answer to this is that we have evolved sufficiently enough to preserver our own species(human race in general), and the best way to do that is to create a government or ruling body that aids in this process. Otherwise, govn't would have never been formed and anarchy would run free everywhere until everyone is dead. The formation of gov'ts, helps prove that it is a natural and vital part of human development and evolution in general .
