How long does infants blood take to develop normal clotting?

Im asking in terms of, naturally, without the vitamin k shot, how many days would it take for a breast fed newborn's blood to clot like it needs to to be safe from a small injury from a cut. I have heard a week from birth but im not sure where and i cant find any information on the internet about it. Im just wondering how long it would take for them to be able to sufficiently clot without the shot.
