Is this a Taekwondo demonstration in North Korea?

It's the Arirang Games. It's a festival dedicated to Kim Il-sung's birthday. It's said to be a two-month long event featuring gymnastics and other arts. That part of the video was to pay respects to the Korean martial arts but in no way a demonstration. It was just for show. It does appear to suppose to be Taekwondo. What style I don't know. If someone knew Korean then reading that big screen wouldn't be a problem and might hold the answer.
