Small bump on lip wont go away turns white with hydrogen peroxide please help!?

i have a small bump on my bottom lip. it is sometimes more noticeable than other times but for the most part has stayed the same for a month and a half now. i was treating it like a cold sore (putting abreva on it and hydrogen peroxide) but it would not clear up although those two treatments seemed to help a bit for a few hours. then tonight i held the qtip with peroxide on the bump and it began to turn white and slowly the whole bump turned bright white as it burned and stung. now its as white as a piece of paper. when i asked the doctor what it was two weeks ago he wasnt sure, said some kind of growth or wart and there was nothing he could do. any idea what this is? i want it gone!
